Before you write — the fast answers

• Booking changes, cancellations, refunds: we can't help — we don't sell tickets. Contact the platform you booked with (GetYourGuide or Headout); both have 24/7 customer support and your booking reference is the key.
• Official tournament tickets: sold by the Japan Sumo Association via its official channels — see our tournament tickets guide for where and when.
• "Is date X available?" — the live calendars on our pages know better than our inbox: show tickets, tournament seats.
• Corrections: genuinely welcome. Tell us the page and what changed; we verify against official sources and fix quickly.
